This group breaks for winter so this will be our first meeting of the year on Thursday, March 21, which happens to fall on the day after the first day of spring. It's been a difficult winter, weather-wise, and we're talking this month about how to find that spring in your step again. We're all ready for the positive changes spring will bring! In that line of thought, it can be refreshing to learn new ways to make positive changes in our health.
