Mr. Powers was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine 2.) Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 4.) Speeding.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he was later released.
