He is survived by his wife, Sarah Roth and 2 daughters, Anna Roth and Gwin Roth all of the home; his father and step mother, Leonard and Polly Roth and his mother and step-father, Joan and Jon Dunham all of Lee's Summit, Missouri; three siblings, Sean Dunham and wife Christy, Raymore, Missouri, Jeoff Roth and wife Sarah, State of Virginia and Jennifer Emch and husband Brad, Shawnee, Kansas; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation. A Celebration Of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m, Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the Heart of Life Church - Lee's Summit Campus, 800 SW 150 Hwy, Lee's Summit, MO 64082.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the church.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Educational Fund.
