Henry was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance (THC Wax) 2.) Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Jaclyn D. Henry was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and later released.
