Kylie Marten celebrated her 4th birthday Sunday evening hosted by her parents, Bradlie and Lindsey at the café. Lots of food, cake, ice cream and fun were had by all. Friends and family enjoyed watching the kids play with the balloons and Kylie playing with her new birthday presents.
The Dinner-theatre they had this past weekend at the Hume School was excellent and a delicious meal. The kids all did a great job under the direction of Jaleana Wehar. If you ever get a chance, come out and watch one of these productions, you will definitely have a great time.
The O5O Club finally was able to have their monthly carry-in dinner at the Community Center on Monday, April 8 after a winter of illness. Several enjoyed the food and fellowship. It is always the 2nd Monday of the month, unless something comes up and it would have to be cancelled.
Don’t forget the Hume Alliance Ministry is hosting their Annual Spaghetti Feed on Sunday, April 14 at the Legion Hall in Hume. Serving will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2: 00 p.m. with a freewill donation. All proceeds go to the Hume Food Pantry.
The Hume Community/PTO Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be April 20 at the Hume City Park. Pictures will be taken from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sign up for the Easter Egg Hunt will be at 10:30 a.m. with the Easter Egg Hunt to start at 11:00 a.m.
