AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM RATES WITHIN THE CITY OF ROCKVILLE, MO LOCATED WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BATES. Section 1. The monthly rate for water service to users of water from the municipal water system of the City of Rockville, Missouri shall be as follows: First 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof, $8.50 minimum, All over 1,000 gallons, $7.00 per thousand gallon.
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PUBLIC SEWAGE SYSTEM RATES WITHIN THE CITY OF ROCKVILLE, MO LOCATED WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BATES. Section 5.1 Sewage rates are figured every year based on the amount of water used during the months of January, February and March and then divided by three to calculate the average usage of the account. The rate for sewage service to users of the public sewage system of the City of Rockville, Missouri, shall be as follows: First 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof, $7.00 minimum, All over 1,000 gallons, $4.00 per thousand gallon.
Proposed ordinance changes will be discussed at the May, 15th & June 12th, 2019 Board of Aldermen Meetings taking place at 6pm at the Rockville City Hall, Rockville, MO. The Board of Aldermen will vote on the changes at the June 12th meeting.
