The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1998 Nissan Truck driven by 17 year old Kyndyl A. Tuck of Lamar, Missouri crossed the center line of traffic and struck the 2009 Toyota Camry driven by 28 year old Vanessa N. Jenkins of Nevada, Missouri.
Vanessa N.Jenkins sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by private vehicle to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Both vehicles received extensive damages and both were towed from the scene.
