Art is survived by four children, Donis Solberg, Liberty, Missouri, Ronald E. Dorrell, Kansas City, Missouri, Sheila Carver and husband Ernest, Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Robert Shepard and wife Debra, Deepwater, Missouri; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Dorrell, Belton, Missouri; a sisters, Viola Cotter, Springfield, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with inurnment in the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri immediately following the service.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the funeral home.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
