A Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on May 4, 2019 immediately followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at The Summit Church 3381 NW Chipman Rd., Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081
Kody was born on January 11, 1992 in Tarrant County, Texas. He was the son of Wayne Brockman and Susan Ortiz. Kody was one of three children including Kvols and Molly. After graduating high school, Kody furthered his education at tech school and began working as an HVAC Tech at Tallgrass Retirement Communities.
In life, Kody was blessed with two beautiful children, Kinley and Kamdin. He very much enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating and doing anything outdoors with his girls.
Kody is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Ruth Schwarck; older brother, Kvols Brockman; and uncle, Terry Schwarck.
He is survived by his parents, Wayne Brockman (Lisa Blazic) and Susan Ortiz (Brandon); two children, Kinley and Kamdin; sister Molly Williams (Kurt); step-brother, Keegan Ortiz; and nieces and nephews, Kage, Keller, and Kessa Williams.
