Stolen Fuel in Appleton City

On March 29th, a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a residence on NW 901 Road in reference to stolen fuel. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with John Rodick.

He stated that sometime during the night between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., someone came onto his property and siphoned gas out of two of his farm trucks. Rodick estimated 25 gallons of fuel were stolen. Estimated loss value is $62.00.

Evidence was collected from the scene and a request for prosecution was signed.
