Adrian 6th graders have been corresponding with a class of 6th graders from Russia this year during social studies class. They have exchanged pictures, recipes, and videos. On Tuesday, May 14, the two classes did a live Messenger video call with their new friends. They asked each other questions they had prepared ahead of time and had fun spotting their pen pals and saying hello in person.
The Russian class even learned the Missouri state song and sang it to our local students.
