Clinton Police are asking that everyone please be on the lookout for Toby. Toby left his home in the 600 Block of South Orchard Street at around 7:30 this morning, unbeknownst to his caretakers... Toby has special needs, and once he gets too far from home, he is not able to find his way back.
See the photo below. At this time, Toby has a buzzcut style hair cut and not the longer hair seen in the photo.
