Schedule your child for one of two scheduled vaccine clinics on August 8 and August 15. For your convenience we are offering evening hours between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Vaccine Clinics will be held at the High Street Family Care Clinic, located at 706 S. High in Butler.
