The home had owner arrived home and called 911 after finding an unknown man inside the house.
Chief Deputy Jason Johnson, Sgt. Clay Jeffries and Deputy Tabitha Johnson responded.
Quick response by the Deputies resulted in the arrest of 41 year old Bradley M Stevens who was still at the scene, he is currently being held in Cedar County jail on charges of 2nd Burglary and stealing.
A charge is merely an accusation and all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
