The original incident occurred in Grandview and under investigation by the Grandview Police Department. Grandview Police Officers pursued the suspect south into Cass County where they discontinued and notified Cass County law enforcement agencies.
The suspect’s vehicle was found abandoned in the area of C Highway and Schug Avenue in Peculiar. Deputies searched the area and located the suspect walking on E.218th and Main St. Investigators with Grandview Police Department took custody of the suspect and vehicle.
The vehicle, reported stolen from Kansas City Missouri was towed from the scene. The subject has not been identified pending charges
