Lilas Rose Gibson, 84, of Harrisonville, Missouri departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at her home surrounded by love and family.
She is survived by the loves of her life - her children, Mark Allen Gibson and Twyla Renee Martin both of Independence, Missouri, Sherrie Jan Shaw and husband Kevin and Todd Alden Gibson all of Harrisonville, Missouri; 8 grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole, Jonathan, Lucas, Tyler, Toby, Jacob and Cherie; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sarah Edwards, Blue Springs and Carol Ray, Independence; brother, Cameron White, Kansas City; many nieces and nephews; Kitt-Kitt of the home; her true and loyal friends, Reta and Dwain Vaughn.
Cremation. Celebration of Life Gathering will be Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. with the reading of the obituary at 7 p.m. at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Integrity Hospice, Kansas City, Missouri.
