On 08/09/2019 at approximately 12:38 p.m., Harrisonville Emergency Services and the Harrisonville Police Department were dispatched to Church and Dwight, located at 1607 Anaconda Road in Harrisonville, in regards to a workplace injury.
Officers arrived to discover that 44 year old William Johnson had possibly suffered an electrical shock which caused him to fall and sustain blunt force trauma to his head.
Employees immediately began c.p.r. and used an a.e.d. (defibrillator) on Johnson. E.M.S. personnel transported Johnson to Cass Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
