The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when 81 year old Elvin A. Ritter of Clinton, Missouri was partially in the drivers compartment of his 1995 Ford F-250 truck, The vehicle rolled backwards and cause Mr. Ritter to fall from the vehicle. He became trapped under the left front tire of the vehicle.
Mr. Ritter sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported to the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia, Missouri for treatment.
