The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Chevrolet Suburban driven by 50 year old James K. Duffey of Sheldon, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a embankment.
Mr. Duffey sustained moderate injures in this accident and he was transported to the Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by Parks Tow of Lamar.
