Warsaw man killed in motorcycle accident

On 10/29/19 around 11:57pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Benton County along with Benton County Sheriff's Deputies and Warsaw Police responded to a motorcycle accident on SB Commercial Street around .3 miles north of Missouri Highway 7.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2014 Harley Davidson driven by 46 year old John L. Woods of Warsaw, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve and striking a light pole and overturning, ejecting the driver.

Mr.Woods was pronounced dead and he was transported to the Benton County Coroners Office.
