The Butler Senior Center's volunteers decided to honor their dear friend, Barbara Burch by continuing her yearly tradition of sending out Christmas Cards to veterans. Barbara would be very proud because they are sending out 621 Christmas cards! Good Shephard Hospice will be giving out 572 of the cards and 49 cards will be sent to the Veterans Community Project in Kansas City and St. Louis to be picked up by one of their volunteers.
The volunteers who signed the cards and stuffed the envelopes are:
Nadine Poister, Pamela Barker, Cheryl Callaway, Nora Hutcheson, Janice Highley, and Ralph Allen. Not pictured is Edith Dilley.
