The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Ford F-150 driven by 59 year old James E. Sells of Crane, Missouri swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway, the truck traveled off the right side of the roadway before striking a bridge and guardrail.
Mr. Sells sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to receive medical treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the crash by Golden Valley Tow of Clinton, Missouri.
