The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Kenworth driven by 50 year old Mitchell T. Ransdell of Appleton City, Missouri overtook and struck the rear of the 1997 Dodge Ram driven by 78 year old John R. Binyon of Osceola, Missouri.
Mr. Binyon along with a occupant in his vehicle 43 year old Aaron A. Brightwell of Clinton, Missouri both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, Missouri for treatment.
