The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Honda TRX driven by 21 year old Chance A. Weber of Pleasant Hill, Missouri was southbound on Purvis Road and was attempting to pass another vehicle when Mr. Weber lost control traveling off the left side of the roadway, overturning and ejecting him before landing on top of him.
Mr. Weber sustained sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Pleasant Hill Fire to Research Medical Center for treatment.
