Court date for Samantha McCoy rescheduled

The hearing held this week in the Bates County Circuit Court regarding Samanth McCoy has been rescheduled for January 21st, 10 am. 

McCoy is accused of killing her mother at the Butler City Lake earlier this year. A trial date is expected to be set at the upcoming hearing.
