The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Ford Mustang driven by 20 year old Zachary L. Garren of Nevada, Missouri skidded off the ice covered roadway and struck a ditch.
Mr. Garren sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle received minor damages and it was towed from the scene of the accident by C&H Towing of Collins, Missouri.
