Darrell William Davis, 89, Belton, Missouri departed this life on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by love and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Dixie Vanessa McHenry; two son-in-laws, Jim Voy and Vern Byers.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Davis of the home; a son, Darrell Bruce Davis and wife Claudia, Kansas City, Missouri; two daughters, Denise Elizabeth Davis, Kansas City, Missouri, Dawn Annette Foy, Grandview, Missouri; 11 grandchildren, Valerie, Zane, Reo, Keith, Dwayne, Tadeo, Bernarda, Spencer, Mariana, Maya and Jericho; 4 great-grandchildren, Adeline, Ignacio, Azlan and Zion; a son-in-law, William McHenry, Kansas City, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Harrisonville.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 13, 2019 at the funeral home.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the City Union Mission, Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Association or the Jimmy Foy Scholarship Fund.
