Stephen Allen West was born September 18, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Edward and Marion Hoover West. He grew up in Chicago and lived there until the late 1990’s when he moved to Drexel, Missouri with his mother.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Thoburn and Marjorie Hoover. He is survived by four cousins and their families, Danny Hoover and wife Sherry, Jayne Todd and husband Keith, Jerry Hoover and wife Kim, and David Hoover and wife Rose, along with extended family members and friends.
