The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2013 Chevrolet Express driven by 38 year old Nawfel A. Al Fallouji of Shawnee, Kansas traveled off the right side of the roadway before approaching a bridge. The vehicle straddled the low railing on the bridge which caused the vehicle to overturn into a creek.
Mr. Al Fallouji sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by J's Southland Tow.
