Another loving donation for BCMH CARES was delivered to the hospital today by Lillian Colburn, a senior at Butler High School and president of the school's Future Career & Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). The FCCLA club organized fundraising for their 2019 Go Pink event and selected BCMH Cares as one of the recipients - and we're so grateful they did!
Receiving the check for $500 was Christi Pope, RT, R, M, Director if Imaging Services. A very special thanks to the donors, students, teachers and parents who contributed to the fight against breast cancer by helping women in their own community.
BCMH Cares is a fund that provides free screening mammograms for uninsured and under-insured women. Over the past few years, this fund has helped many women in our community receive screening as well as follow up imaging services when indicated.
