As
part of an ongoing effort to combat the sale of illegal drugs in our
community, officers with the Harrisonville Police Department arrested
two subjects, seized cash, methamphetamine, pills, and guns in a search
warrant executed last Saturday, January 18th, 2020.This search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation by the Harrisonville Police Department after information was provided to us by alert community members about the sale of illegal narcotics from a home in the 800 block of Locust Street.
With the assistance of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office the search warrant was executed, and two individuals were taken into custody for active warrants. Haley C. Covell, 19 of Harrisonville and Donald W. Pearce Thibodeau, 30 also of Harrisonville were arrested on active warrants. Additional charges could be filed at a later time and this investigation is ongoing.
