Kenneth grew up in Tuscan, AZ. He worked as a machinist in McPherson, KS most of his life. Kenneth has resided in Nevada for the past 15 years.
He is survived by his mother, Joan Spicer, Nevada; and one brother, Jeffrey Spicer, Nye, MT.
