Flando Leroy Harley, age 76 of Osceola, Missouri died Monday, January 6, 2020 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born February 25, 1943 to Fland and Mary Gruver Harley in Jasper, Missouri.
Leroy is survived by his sister, Elaine Edwards and wife Ernie of Lowry City, Missouri; two nieces, Tonya Potter of Liberal, Missouri and Tammy Edwards and Steve Vincent of Belton, Missouri; his girlfriend, Sylvia Meyers of Osceola, Missouri; one great-nephew, two great-nieces and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and stepfather, Floyd Green.
