On January 2nd, 2020 the Barton County Sheriff's Office went to Mindenmines to try and locate a subject who had several active warrants for his arrest.
Robert A. Clinton, age 43, of Mindenmines was located and arrested without incident on 4 outstanding warrants for failure to appear out of Barton County.
The original charges on those criminal allegations include violation of a protection order, trespass, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
He also had one outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge out of Crawford County Kansas. Clinton is being housed at the Barton County jail awaiting his first court date on 1/14/2020.
