A big thank you from Jackwagon BBQ
We want to say a huge Thank You this morning to the Butler Fire Department and the Adrian Fire Department for responding to our call for help. We also want to say Thank You to Jami Page for calling when she noticed an abnormal amount of smoke coming from our smoker area. On arrival the smoker had glitched and an overflow of wood in the fire area. This caused an unusually larger fire in the chamber where the meat is. The fire was contained in the smoker and the fire department was requested out of an over abundance of caution.
The good news is we will be open today as usual. Please cut us some slack as we are a little behind on our schedule but we will still be open.
We are a humorous family and I think our daily special will represent that fact. Thanks for the community support!
