On 2/29/20 around 10:30am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies and Harrisonville Fire responded to a one vehicle accident on Main Street and E.272nd Street in Harrisonville.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2002 Lexus RX driven by 19 year old Dominic E. McCoy of Harrisonville, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a sign, the vehicle then traveled into the southeast side of a residence before coming to rest.
Mr. McCoy sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by Harrisonville EMS to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by Miller's Tow of Harrisonville.
