Courtwarming activities will take place at Harrisonville High School this week. The theme for this year is "Road Trip" and activities will include a spirit week, pep rally, and coronation.
Candidates for king and queen are pictured and include FRONT ROW: Ali Knox, Presley Reynolds, Elle Parker, Natalie Gibbs, Emma Wernex, and Ireland Slover. BACK ROW: Dalton Shrock, Keigan Rowe, Austen Cesonis, Brodie Rogers, Braydon Tarwater, and Evan Filer. The King and Queen will be crowned at the basketball game on Feb. 14. The Wildcat boys’ basketball teams will be playing Excelsior Springs with JV at 5:30 p.m. and varsity boys to follow.
The coronation, as well as the HHS Distinguished Alumni Wall of Fame induction, will take place between the games at approximately 6:30 p.m.
HHS will host the annual shopping cart parade and pep rally on Friday morning beginning at 8 a.m.
Spirit days at HHS will be as follows: Monday- Vsco girls vs. E-boys (Taking the nation by storm); Tuesday- LA (Influencer attire) (15 seconds of fame); Wednesday- Florida (Beach attire) (Surfs up); Thursday- NYC (Preppy attire) (Dressed to impress); and Friday- Hometown (Wildcat attire) (There's no place like home).
