On 2-9-2020 at approximately 7:25 AM, Belton Police Officers were dispatched to Westover Circle on a report of shots fired.
The officers discovered that a home had been struck several times by gunfire but neither the occupants of the home or anyone else had been injured.The investigation revealed that a mid sized, black, import sedan had pulled onto Westover Circle from southbound Westover, fired the rounds at the home and then left the area southbound on Westover toward 58 highway.
