Katrina and Jesse will attend field trips and training to equip Leadership College members with the best skills and knowledge to advocate for the cattle industry. This week they visited senators in Jefferson City to discuss their opposition of private companies citing eminent domain in order to build towers taller than the Statue of Liberty to provide energy that will not even be used in the Midwest.
College attendees will be sent to Washington, D.C. at the end of March for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Legislative Conference. To learn more about this year’s conference, visit www.ncba.org/legislativeconference
