My deepest condolences and prayers go out to the family and friends of fellow Councilman Jim Garnett. His countless contributions to the betterment of our community will certainly be missed.

The scheduled meeting of the City Council will still be held this evening. 5:00pm finance committee meeting and 7:00pm regular session meeting.
