Gary W Brown (RoundBrown), 75, of Clinton, Mo passed away on Tuesday, April 7th 2020 at the Clinton Health Care and Rehabilitation Center from complications after a fall. Gary was the oldest of 3 children born to Helen and George E Brown in Kansas City Mo. After graduating from North East High in Kansas City in 1963 Gary joined the Air Force where he served for 4 years. Soon after leaving the military, Gary joined the Yellow Freight family where he worked for 30 years.
Gary became part of group known as the highway heroes there and retired as a commercial truck driver running local routes. For a number of years Gary spent time on the Blue Springs volunteer fire department and as an EMT for them.
Gary enjoyed traveling with his wife, fishing on the lake, playing cards with friends and telling stories. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, his step father Roy Busick and son, Emmett Brown. He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 34 years, Ruth Brown, Daughter June Bradford of AZ, Step Children Richard Brady & family, Denise Brady & family, Stacey Sheahan & family and David Sparks. Gary had 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
