She was born November 8, 1953 in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Victor H. Lackey and Doris Luetta (Wheeler) Lackey. She married Kevin Patrick Wilson on October 8, 1981 in Kansas City, Mo. He survives of the home.
Mary was a homemaker. She attended First Baptist Church in Clinton.
In addition to her husband, surviving are two daughters, Tammy Douglas and Wendy Douglas, both of Independence, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Amber and Anthony Douglas, Patrick Douglas, Alexis Moore, Tessa, Tieler, Trista and Thomas Cooper; four great-grandchildren, Kaley, Kyllah, Kaycee and Rimcen; three brothers, Victor Lackey, Deepwater, Mo., Frank Lackey and his wife Nana, North Kansas City, Mo., and Gary Lackey and his wife Darlene, Independence, Mo.; one sister, Peggy Hamilton and her husband Jim, Windsor, Mo.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Jimmy and Danny Lackey.
