All residents in the area, please be advised that there is a new scam going on in the area.
Someone calls the victim and states that a loved one has been kidnapped and gives a list of demands that need to be met in order for their loved one to be returned safely.
Please be advised that this is a scam and the police department has received several calls in regards to it. If you receive a call like this, contact law enforcement
