Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to 12201 E 233rd Street, rural Peculiar, in regards to a domestic disturbance with shots fired.
Upon arrival, it was determined that one person was shot multiple times and one person was deceased.
The individual shot multiple times was transported to an area hospital and is in serious condition. Deputies are processing the scene and collecting available evidence.
