The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2001 Honda Motorcycle driven by 55 year old Paul E. Fishell of Belton, Missouri struck a deer in the roadway and overturned, ejecting the driver.
Mr. Fishell sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
The bike was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by J's Southland Tow.
