The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by 44 year old Branden D. Berry of Butler, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve causing the bike to travel off the right side of the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning.
A passenger on the bike 44 year old Stephanie R. Berry of Butler sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler for treatment.
