The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound 2000 F-250 Ford pickup truck driven by 46 year old Steven Cowan of Appleton City, Missouri traveled off the roadway and overturned.
Mr. Cowan along with three passengers in his vehicle 34 year old Allison N. Cowan, 58 year old Richard W. Allen and 57 year old David R. Scrivner all of Appleton City were injured in this accident and all were transported by private vehicle to Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by C and H Towing of Collins, Missouri.
