Henry County Health Center confirms 3 more positive cases of COVID-19

The Henry County Health Center (HCHC) has received confirmation of three more positive cases of COVID-19. Two of the positive cases reside in the town of Clinton, and one in Creighton. This brings the total number of confirmed positive cases in Henry County to 27. Currently Henry County has 7 patients on isolation, 1 hospitalized, 3 deceased, and 17 that have recovered.

All contact tracing has commenced and all parties that have had close contact are being notified. HCHC continues to encourage residents to practice social distancing, washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or more, and to remain home if you are sick. The CDC has issued the recommendation for individuals to wear a face covering when you are in public to assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
