News From The Bates County Sheriff's Office

The Bates County Sheriff's Office will no longer accept civil process documents that are faxed to this office. 

Civil Protection Orders and criminal subpoenas can be emailed to jpage@batescountysheriff.com. 

All other civil process documents must be mailed to the office with payment.
