Hubert Edward Arnold, age 83, Rich Hill, Missouri passed away on Sunday July 20, 2020. 

He was born on December 14, 1936 in Cooper County, Missouri the son of Hubert and Viola Ann Hibdon Arnold. He is survived by his wife Judy Marie Arnold.
